Enhanced Cleaning Standards

Every ACRS apartment is thoroughly cleaned between guests and fully sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Our teams thoroughly shampoo upholstery.
We launder all linens and disinfect dishware, silverware, and glassware with high-temperature commercial dishwashers.

Delivery and Pickup Protocol

FSI is providing our teams with face-masks, gloves, sanitizers, and EPA-approved cleaners and disinfectants.
Our employees are required to wear face-masks during delivery and pickups.
When you schedule a pickup and delivery with FSI, we include a comprehensive wipe-down on all items with disinfectant.
An apartment must be vacated for 24-hours before we pick up.

Employee Health and Safety Measures

ACRS/FSI Employees are now required to wear masks on-site or when interacting with guests.
ACRS/FSI employees will have their temperature checked each morning to ensure no signs of fever are present.
We are encouraging sick team members to stay home and notify their team members.
FSI is providing routine cleaning in all frequently touched surfaces and offices in the warehouse.
