Relocation Director

Charleston Region

Apartment and Corporate Relocation Services is looking for a relocation director for the Charleston Office. Must be dependable, a self-starter, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have customer service and administrative experience with multifamily or leasing experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate Will

  • Maintain a professional and friendly appearance and tone in all customer interactions
  • Contribute to leasing ideas and be goal-oriented in all interactions
  • Maintain awareness of local market and industry trends
  • Will occasionally be asked to perform external marketing to apartment communities
  • Correctly complete lease files and maintain attention to detail.
  • Take instructions from Senior Relocation Director
  • Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Publisher a plus but not required
  • Update and maintain file systems in place
  • Act as point of contact for external and internal clients

Regional Sales Director

Charleston Region
Candidate should have multifamily experience and be a self-starter. Sales area include Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, and Savannah.

Ideal Candidate Will

  • Build rapport and trust with customers
  • Attend local networking meeting
  • Be responsible and trustworthy
  • Have transportation and valid insurance and DL
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00, seldom weekends, base salary +commissions.
